Holofoils
In the beginning of inserts holofoils were the staple of inserts (not counting all star/all pro kind of cards) and for good reason. As plain as the cards were back then it was a big deal to get something this shiny and colorful in a pack.
Why don't they make more holofoil cards. We all know that the card companies can. Heck Upper Deck even uses one for their logo.
