Guess the Auto Round 2 Still No Correct Guess

Since nobody guessed it yet I'm going to post the picture and see if someone can get it with the help.


I said it was horribly signed, meaning I can't see the guys name in it at all.  Actually I'm not even sure what end is up so I took a picture of it both ways.
